GENERAL• I DO NOT work with character descriptions alone. You must have a clear and current visual reference for your character(s).• I DO NOT work on a deadline. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that I will do my best to have your piece to you in a timely manner, but I cannot promise a specific date or time it will be completed. Rush fees are currently unavailable.• You are welcome to repost the finished work so long as my signature is clearly visible. Once complete, I will send you a link with a private-use version of your commission (minimal watermarking) and a web-use version (standard watermarking). If you wish to repost the piece, please use the web-use version provided.• I DO NOT do private commissions.• Conversations about a client’s commission will be held via email.

PAYMENT• Payment is accepted in USD through PayPal or Square. Depending on which service you choose, their respective fees will be added to the final price of your commission.• Failure to send payment within 48 hours of receiving the invoice will cancel your commission if prior notice/agreement of late payment has not been previously discussed.• Payment in full is required upfront. Payment plans are currently unavailable.Refunds are available depending on the level of completion.

After the sketch is finalized: 20% refund

PROCESS• Commissioners’ positions in the queue are only solidified after payment has been received.• I have a public Trello board showcasing an up-to-date work timeline.• Larger, more detailed commissions will be completed in the order of payment, although smaller, less detailed projects may be worked on simultaneously.• Updates or schedule changes can be found on the Trello board “UPDATES” panel.• An initial rough sketch will be presented to the commissioner at the start of the process. Changes may be requested at this stage for non-artistic freedom pieces.• Only small edits are permitted after approval of the sketch, such as minor color changes or anatomical tweaks. Changes to the concept or sketch as a whole are unavailable after proper work has begun; please be sure you have thoroughly checked the sketch for completeness before approving.

DATA PROTECTION / PRIVACYAny personal data or information between the commissioner and myself will be confidential.I will never use your email for solicitation, advertisements, or newsletters. It will only be used for primary communication and PayPal invoicing.I will never give out personal information to third-party providers.Email is used for communication to avoid potential problems or data breaches of social media chat systems.

Q: I want something changed - can you do it?
A: Little tweaks here and there are free of charge until the final rendering has begun.
Large changes past the initial sketch phase are unavailable.Q: You’re charging too much - why aren’t your prices lower?
A: Simple: I need to eat and pay rent. I price my work for what I believe it’s worth.
If you can’t afford it or don’t want to pay my fees, I encourage you to find a different artist.Q: I love this artist’s style - can you make something that looks like it?
A: No. If you commission me, you will be getting a piece in my style.Q: What’s artistic freedom?
A: Artistic freedom allows me to draw your character in a way that I think would suit them best.
However, this option does not allow for major changes.Q: I don’t have Square - can I still use a PayPal account?
A: Yes! Square will accept payment through Google, Apple, or Samsung Pay, which can all have
PayPal accounts connected to them.
